Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

United States

  • Orders within the United States are fulfilled via ShipBob using standard ground shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

  • We currently ship to select international countries.

  • International orders are fulfilled via ShipBob and shipped with tracking (via international carrier partners).

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
    Please note: international deliveries can take longer due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, peak/holiday periods, and handovers between international hubs and local carriers.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary by country, and delays may occur during customs clearance.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

  • Tracking updates may pause for several days while a parcel moves between international hubs, customs, and local delivery carriers.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mittiperfume@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and outer packaging.

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to open an investigation.

Order Changes

  • Once an order has been processed, changes to shipping details may not be possible.
