We want you to have a smooth experience with Mitti. Please review our policy below carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Incorrect Items Received

  • If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Unopened Products

  • Returns may be accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and perfume oils are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes and perfume oils

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Original shipping charges (except in cases of damaged/defective/incorrect items)

International Orders (Important)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If an international order is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the product price may be refunded at our discretion, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • International return shipping costs (if approved) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Any additional reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
